New Drive-Thru and Bank at Tilghman Square Shopping Mall?
South Whitehall Township planners will consider a plan from owners of the Tilghman Square Shopping Center that illustrates a new building with a drive-thru and a new two-story building.

South Whitehall Planners will consider application for two retail additions - a possible drive-thru restaurant and a two-story bank - at the Tilghman Square Shopping Center during their meeting at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 18.
The buildings are proposed for a 34-acre lot near the mall's Cetronia Road entrance on the southeast corner by PNC Bank.
The first proposal is for a 3,986 square-foot, one-story retail building with a drive-thru. South Whitehall Township Planner Gregg Adams said there is no indication what the drive-thru would be.
"On the plans it shows a drive-thru but I have no idea what it is," Adams said. "They might not even have anybody signed up for it yet."
The other proposal is described as a two-story, 10,145-square-foot building. Adams couldn't say for sure what commercial entity would locate there but the name on the plans says "Univest Office."
The owners of the property, Tilghman Square Associates, will present township planners with their preliminary/final plan review for the buildings and 17 additional parking spaces.
