Golden Corral to Open at Lehigh Valley Mall

The long-awaited Gold Corral is opening next week.

Lehigh Valley Mall announced the Golden Corral will open a new restaurant on Thursday, Jan. 10 across from Macy’s on the Route 22 side of the mall, in the former Chi Chi’s parking lot.

For nearly 40 years, Golden Corral has offered guests wholesome foods and a family friendly atmosphere at a great value. Best known for its legendary endless buffets, Golden Corral offers an abundant variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner menu items. Familiar favorites include USDA grilled to order sirloin steaks, pot roast simmered for 12 hours, and custom, made-to-order breakfast omelettes.

“Lehigh Valley Mall is excited to have Golden Corral opening on our property,” said Amanda Johnson, director of mall marketing. “The highly-anticipated buffet and grill will help to expand the mall’s already-extensive variety of restaurant and dining options.”

Golden Corral joins Bonefish Grill, Bravo! Cucina Italiana, Dunderbak’s Market Cafe, Friendly’s and Red Lobster as part of Lehigh Valley Mall’s restaurant lineup.

Golden Corral is open weekdays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and weekends from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

I think the food is terrible. Overcooked and undercooked. Witnessed food on the floor everywhere. Will recommend to many friends not to go . Not worth it.

Those dot owners of Golden Corral just screwed 90% of their employees out of money on their first paycheck. For the training and first two weeks the owners made the employees just sign their name when they came to work because they claim their computers did not work. Yeah right. They made each employee sign a paper saying the owners would not be responsible if the paychecks were wrong. These dot heads are off to a great start. The last thing you want is a disgruntled employee trying to make ends meet on 8 bucks an hour and get screwed on top of it. You dont want to piss off employees whose job it is to put quality food in containers for the public consumption. People will question whats in the food????? Stick to your Dunkin Donuts and 7-Elevens. Shame on you dotheads.
