Parkland students are getting out of school early today.

The Parkland School District announced on its website that it will dismiss students from Orefield Middle School, Springhouse Middle School and Parkland High School at 1 p.m. because of the pending foul weather.

A wintry mix of snow, sleet and rain is forecasted.

The district will dismiss students from its eight elementary schools at 1:45 p.m. today.

Students were out of school for four days last week because of power outages caused by Hurricane Sandy. Also, they had a delayed start on Friday.
