Two South Whitehall Dogs to Compete at Westminster
Rocky, a 3-year-old smooth coat chihuahua, and Deacon, a French bulldog, will compete today at the prestigious Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show.
Rocky, a 3-year-old smooth coat chihuahua, will compete once again in the prestigious Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show, according to owner and handler Connie Newcomb of South Whitehall.
Rocky is a Grand Champion, who won an Award of Merit in 2010.
This is Rocky's third trip to Westminster.
Newcomb said she and Rocky will be in the ring at 9 a.m. today, Feb. 13.
Barbara Toczek, also of South Whitehall, said she will be showing her Grand Champion, Babyface Bandits Deacon, a French bulldog, in the 136th annual dog show, held this year at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Toczek said Deacon will show today at 1 p.m.
