The camp, led by Tammi Howorth, taught third through sixth graders how to read musical notation, play legato, different bell and chime techniques and several songs. CHAMP stands for Chimes, Handbells And Music Performance.

Tammi Howorth led a group of youngsters in a week-long Chimes Handbells and Music Performance (CHAMP) Camp at Asbury United Methodist Church in South Whitehall.
