TCBY, a frozen yogurt shop that didn't make it long enough to enjoy the resurgence of yogurt shops across the Valley, closed about two years ago. 

An employee at For Eyes Optical, located next door to the vacant store, said she hasn't seen any progress since TCBY closed. When Patch asked Dr. Bruce Hillman of For Eyes what business he would like to see, he said, "Yocco's."
