Zator Law Breaks Ground For New Addition

The Zator Law firm is adding 8,500 square feet to the American Heritage building on Walbert Avenue.

Work is under way at to add 8,500 square feet to the American Heritage Building at 4400 Walbert Ave., South Whitehall.

A ceremonial groundbreaking was attended by the firm's lawyers, paralegals, and staff. 

will provide more offices and conference rooms for the law firm, which currently includes seven attorneys, three paralegals, and 10 staff members.

It will have a Reading Room, new comfort areas and a larger kitchen. 

The new wing is expected to be completed by summer.

The original building, which has 5,800 square feet, was constructed in 2004. 

"Simply put, the firm has grown significantly, and already, we need more space," said the firm's Business Manager, J. Matthew Zator, in a prepared release.

The finished and unfinished space will provide nearly 16,000 square feet of office space and allow for the firm's future growth, the release said.
