St. Joseph the Worker School, which sits across the street from the parish church, aims to develop students academically, socially, and spiritually. The school, one of 45 elementary schools in the Allentown Catholic diocese, teaches students from pre-school age and kindergarten through eighth grade. In pre-school, learning centers allow teachers to guide children in their development. In the higher grades, students are taught a challenging curriculum and assessed in tests, homework and class participation. Students on average score above the national average in the IOWA test of basic skills.
