'Fitness Night' at Springhouse Middle School: Your Thursday

Springhouse Middle School is hosting the second of the Parkland School District’s Wellementary Family Fitness Nights Thursday in the school’s cafeteria. 

The program gets under way at 6:30 p.m. and will include nutritious food, physical activity and raffle prizes.
This program will feature a healthy cooking demonstration, family zumba fun and the door prize will be an indoor fitness package.

Here’s what else is going on in South Whitehall Township today:

• Parkway Manor Elementary School’s 5th Grade Band, Strings and Chorus Winter Concert is at 7 p.m. at the school.

• The Orefield Middle School Chorus holds its Winter Concert in the Parkland High School Auditorium at 7 p.m.

• Singer and guitarist Jim Cuthbert entertains with his light-hearted humor and song stylings from the Great American Songbook, Broadway and Country at 7 p.m. in the Parkland Community Library.
