Pistachio Bar & Grille Dishes Up Contemporary Cuisine

A business lunch, a family dinner, or drinks with friends are all equally appropriate at Pistachio Bar & Grille in the Shops at Cedar Point.

One of the most intriguing categories on the extensive menu is entrée salads (salmon or tuna nicoise, California cobb, Pistachio chopped and grilled steak, for example).

There’s an array of imaginative sandwiches, burgers and omelets for lunch or late night, as well as pizzas, pastas, appetizers and a full range of entrees (fish, shellfish, steaks, pork, chops, poultry and vegetarian).

The cuisine is essentially American, with a Mediterranean influence in many of the dishes. Lunch and dinner specials change daily.

The loft-like industrial feel of the large dining room is punctuated with colorful, contemporary artwork. As warmer weather approaches, Pistachio’s sidewalk seating will be a comfortable option.

There is a full bar, and the martini menu offers more flavors than you and two friends could count on all fingers and toes. Pistachio’s is open till at least midnight every night, and until 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. “Fabulous Weekend Brunch” is served both Saturdays and Sundays.
