Patch would like to thank all the pet owners -- and their good looking dogs! -- who entered our contest.

Here's what owner Brian Hite said about Bree:

"Bree has been my loyal companion for 6 years. She was my campaign manager during my campaign for South Whitehall Commissioner in 2011.  She loves car rides and walking the railroad tracks near my home. Bree was a rescue dog and only has one eye, but that doesn't stop her from checking out the squirrels and chipmunks!"

The winners of the local contests move on to a regional competition, with voting for that level running from July 9 to 20. Again, voting will take place in the comments section of that article.

Check back on Monday, July 9, to see the entrants in the regional competition and to vote!

On July 23, five regional winners will be unveiled, and they will face off to become Greater Philadelphia's Patch’s Top Dog from July 23 to 27. The winner will be announced July 30.

Look for great prizes at both the regional and Greater Philadelphia levels.
