VIEWFINDER: St. Patrick's Parade Has Wide Appeal; South Whitehall Residents Joined In Fun

Great weather brought out crowds for the wearing of the green. A group from St. Joseph the Worker school was among participants.

Parade-goers from around the region, including South Whitehall and Upper Macungie, turned out for the 54th St. Patrick's parade in Allentown's West End on Sunday.

A group from St. Joseph the Worker School was among the participants. Also, Kathryn Gress, co-founder of the Gress Mountain Ranch in Orefield, led a goat, and Pitstop the Clown, also known as Harold Reitz of Orefield, rode a bicycle in the parade.

Photographer Betty Cauler captured the fun as winter bid adieu.
