Lucky 7 to Play Concert at Covered Bridge Park
Lucky 7, which has opened for Frankie Valli, The Drifters, The Platters and other national acts, will play at the Concert in the Park's last performance of the season.
Lucky 7, a popular R&B dance band in the Lehigh Valley, will perform Friday, Aug. 30 at Covered Bridge Park in South Whitehall.
The free outdoor concert will be from 7 p.m.-9 p.m. Bring your own lawn chair and a blanket. It will be the final performance of the summer for the Concert in the Park series, which debuted last year.
Lucky 7 and the Casino Horns have opened for Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, The Duprees, Bill Haley's Comets, The Drifters, The Platters and other national acts.
Sponsors include St. Luke's University Health Network, Service Electric and the township recreation. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
Right Hand Red, a local rock and roll band, played May 31 at the park.
