Univest plans to relocate 31 employees to the new two-story office building under construction on Cetronia Road in South Whitehall.
The walls and roof are up on Univest Corporation's new two-story office building under construction on Cetronia Road near Tilghman Square Shopping Center.
The company plans to relocate 31 employees currently working out of offices in Allentown and Fogelsville into the 10,000-square-foot building, eventually expanding to 50 employees.
The Univest location will serve individuals, businesses and nonprofit organizations with corporate banking, wealth management, equipment financing, mortgage banking, insurance, retirement plans and municipal pension services.

Larken Associates, the developer and landlord, expects to complete the building in December.
