St. Luke's West End Center Wins Real Estate Award

The Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber will honor St. Luke's for the 'adaptive reuse' of the building that houses its West End Medical Center in South Whitehall.

St. Luke’s West End Medical Center in South Whitehall Township will be honored with an award for the building's "adaptive reuse" when the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber and The Frederick Group present The Lehigh Valley Commercial Real Estate Outlook and Awards Luncheon on Thursday, April 18.

Patch first told you about the proposed one-stop health center in 2011. The building previously housed a Builders Square and later, an Expo Center.

The chamber will present the 2013 Commercial Real Estate Development (CRED) Awards to recognize the most innovative commercial real estate investments of the Valley’s businesses, municipalities, developers, builders, and designers.
