Parkland Students Release New Holiday CD

Parkland School District's holiday CD will raise money for Autism Speaks,

Parkland High School’s Music Production class has released its annual holiday CD, which this year is titled "Parkland: A Season for Giving 2013."

The CD was created to raise money for Autism Speaks, an organization dedicated to assisting in the lives of children affected by autism.

Student artists crafted arrangements of well-loved holiday favorites and some original songs, according to the Parkland School District website and the Season of Giving Facebook page. The students were able to experience music production while also learning about the music business by participating in sales of the CD.
