Fugitive Cow Spotted Again in South Whitehall, Police Say
The South Whitehall cow is back.
She's back. Sightings of a runaway cow have become so common in South Whitehall Township over the last few months that police there have taken to referring to her as "The Cow" in police reports.
Police noted "The Cow" was most recently spotted at 11 p.m. at Ridgeview and Walbert avenues on Sept. 6.
