Woodlawn Fire Company responded for a fire alarm activation at the Pond Road office building. It was determined the juvenile discharged the fire extinguisher inside the office building and because of the dry chemical contamination the fire department had the occupants clear the building until the chemical powder could be removed.

The juvenile was transported to LVHN for injuries he sustained during the alleged assault. He was then charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct and placed in the Lehigh County Juvenile Detention Center. The press release did not say where police caught the boy.
