According to South Whitehall police, the following items were found in the township from June 28 to July 5:

* DVDs, a bike, locks and shorts were found in the unit block of N. Schaeffer Street on July 2.

* A woman's wallet was found at 39th and Turner streets on June 30.

* A wallet was found in the 300 block of N. 41st Street on July 1.

South Whitehall Police routinely recover lost or stolen items. Last year, the department, which it stored in hopes that the owners would reclaim them. At the end of the year, the police donate any unclaimed bikes to the Coalition for Alternative Transportation (CAT) in Bethlehem or Community Bike Works in Allentown.
