: Salisbury Police said Tuesday that the west end of Salisbury Township has been hit with "several daytime burglaries in which the front doors have been forced open" between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Bomb Squad called when 'suspicious' purse thrown from car window: A portion of Northampton Street in Easton was shut down for nearly two hours Tuesday while police investigated a report of a "suspicious" purse, police said. Purse was determined to be safe, and woman who threw purse was found next day and charged with littering, police said.
