The following information was supplied by the South Whitehall Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

According to South Whitehall police, the following occurred in the township from June 29 to July 5:

Thefts

--Theft reported at 11:08 a.m. on June 29 in the 1200 block of West 22nd Street; bicycle taken.

--Theft reported at 2:35 p.m. on June 29 in the 2100 block of Woodlawn Street; iPod stolen from vehicle.

--Theft reported at 3:05 p.m. on June 29 in the 2800 block of Helen Street; credit card used.

--Theft reported at 11:23 p.m. on June 29 at McDonald's, 721 N. Cedar Crest Boulevard; car keys taken.

--Theft reported at 11:06 a.m. on June 30 in the 2000 block of Woodlawn Street; bicycle taken.

--Theft reported at 11:56 p.m. on July 2 at Dorney Park; wallet taken from vehicle.

--Theft reported at 9:50 a.m. on July 2 at Top Star Exxon, Route 309; $100 taken from register.

--Theft reported at 11:38 a.m. on July 5 in the 1400 block of North 21st Street; $400 taken.

 

Burglaries

--Burglary reported at 5:18 p.m. on June 29 in the 4900 block of Grammes Road; jewelry taken.

 

Car Accidents

--One person was reported injured in a three-vehicle accident at noon on June 29 at North Cedar Crest Boulevard and Chew Street.

--One person was reported injured in a two-vehicle accident at 3:11 p.m. on June 30 at Tilghman Street and Hausman Road; two vehicles were towed.

--One person was reported injured in a one-vehicle accident at 11:46 p.m. on July 1 at Tilghman and North 30th streets; one vehicle was towed.

 

Criminal Mischief

--Criminal mischief reported at 12:50 a.m. at Dan's Camera City, 1439 West Fairmont St.; grafitti painted on wall.

--Criminal mischief reported at 12:45 p.m. on July 1 in the lot of Dorney Park; vehicle tire sliced.

--Criminal mischief reported on July 4 between 12:54 a.m. and 1:40 a.m.; in the 1400 block of Coventry Road and the 4400 block of Parkland Drive; mailboxes blown up.

 

Other

--No citations were issued in an accident at 11:51 a.m. on June 9 at Broadway and North 39th Street. Police reported a 17-year-old girl riding her bicycle on North 39th Street was injured when she collided with a vehicle. Police said the girl may have been distracted with her iPad, and she missed a stop sign.
