A Lehigh County jury found Jason Fretti, of South Whitehall, guilty last week of rape and four other counts, according to court records.
A 38-year-old South Whitehall man has been found guilty of rape and four other charges by a Lehigh County jury, according to Pennsylvania court records.
Jason Fretti was found guilty of rape, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault of a child, corruption of minors and indecent assault of a person under 13, the records show.
According to a report in the Express-Times, Fretti, of the 3400 block of Cambridge Circle, was found guilty of raping a 5-year-old girl following a three-day trial in Lehigh County court before Judge Robert Steinberg. The child said in a video interview that was part of the trial that Fretti had sex with her since she was 4 and that he had told her not to tell her mother, the report says.
