South Whitehall Police Report Burglary, Criminal Mischief, Man Passed Out at Basketball Game

South Whitehall Police report the following crimes between Dec. 21 - 27.

  • On Dec. 21 at 5:20 p.m. police report burglars entered at home at 2102 Van Buren Drive from the back door and stole various items.
  • On Dec. 21 at 7:36 p.m. police report a 23-year-old man was drunk and passed out at Parkland High School during a basketball game. Police cited him.
  • On Dec. 22 at 6:35 p.m. police report a vehicle parked at Outback Steakhouse had its front tires pierced and headlights smashed out.
  • On Dec. 23 at 1:45 a.m. police report a phone was stolen from someone at Woodlawn Social Hall.
  • On Dec. 23 at 2:46 a.m. police report a customer was harassing other customers at 15th Street Mini Mart.
  • On Dec. 23 at 8:24 a.m. police report criminal trespassing after someone entered a house at 1521 N. 28th St. No further details were available but police are still investigating.
  • On Dec. 23 at 10:41 p.m. police report criminal mischief at Dominos Pizza when the front tire of a car parked at the restaurant was punctured.
  • On Dec. 24 at 5:13 p.m. police report someone tried to break a rear window of a house at 4072 Lime Kiln Road, but an alarm deterred entry.
  • On Dec. 25 at 5:53 a.m. police report theft from vehicles but no further details were available because a juvenile was involved.
  • On Dec. 25 at 5:20 p.m. police report someone rummaged through a car at 5324 Chandler Way but nothing was taken.
  • On Dec. 26 at 4:16 p.m. police report accidental property damage at 2433 Applewood Drive. The grass was damaged from a vehicle.
