1) I called PSEA office and they didn't know! They suggested I call Dem party office. 2) Rather than do that, I went to the Obama website. To register, I had to give my name, email, county, and phone number, and RSVP, and then I got a confirmation/ acknowdgement that I was in. Not a ticket, but just a confirmation. 3) Sadly, due to a late change of plans, I couldn't make it, so I can't say if I would have truely been able to get in, but all indications from the written confirmation was that I might have.
