McDonald's USA LLC, owner of the McDonald's on Hamilton Boulevard, will ask South Whitehall Zoners for several variances at tonight's meeting at 7:30 so it can build a 12-foot addition and adjust drive-thru signage.
According to the zoning agenda, McDonald's USA LLC is seeking relief to renovate the existing building and facilities on the property at 3860 Hamilton Blvd. It seeks a front-yard setback variance for a proposed 12-foot addition. It also seeks variances for drive-thru lane widths and a rear-drive aisle. The property, which is across from Dorney Park, is zoned highway commercial.
In other business on the agenda, Me & AJ Inc. is seeking relief to expand off-street parking facilities for the Grille 3501 restaurant at 3501 Broadway.
