South Whitehall Commissioners approved the 2013 operating budget Wednesday night.

The property tax rate will remain at 4.9 mills and there is currently no increase included in the budget.

At the beginning of budget workshops this year, Hammer said it's been two decades since a tax increase was necessary. He warned, however, that holding the line on taxes may not be possible next year.
