What Goes Here? Magnolia's Vineyard Restaurant

Magnolia's Vineyard Restaurant is closed and the interior is vacant. It's also thought to be haunted by a 'friendly' ghost.

Magnolia’s Vineyard Restaurant, located at 2204 Village Road where it intersects with Huckleberry Road, is a historic building that has been used as an inn and restaurant since the 1800s. It's also thought to be haunted by a good-natured ghost named Magnolia Evans, whose family once owned the building.

Larry Ginsburg, of Prudential Regency Real Estate, currently represents the property, which is owned by a bank. He said it is 8,000 square feet, zoned commercial and is listed for $320,000.

There was one interested party that recently looked at the building and wanted to use it as a daycare and church but Ginsburg said a church is the one zoning restriction on the property.

For more information on the property call Ginsburg at 610-393-0892.
