Jaindl Elementary School Principal Diana Schantz and fifth grade teacher Damian Goodman take on last year’s Sushi Surgeons’ winners from Lehigh Valley Health Network in a Sushi Finals Competition at the Kome Restaurant at the Promenade shops. Chef Shuji Hiyakawa helped the Jaindl team create Trojan Teriyaki Turkey rolls to compete with the surgeons’ lobster rolls. Patrons vote -- on their favorite selection. The team that wins will receive proceeds from the evening’s sales. Open to the public.
