Stavenski-Bennick Named Parkland H.S. Assistant Prinicipal

The Parkland School Board appointed Tamara Stavenski-Bennick to be an assistant principal at Parkland High School.

Tamara Stavenski-Bennick, an assistant principal Hatboro-Horsham High School, was hired as an assistant principal by the Parkland School Board Tuesday night.

Stavenski-Bennick, of Nazareth, will earn a salary of $90,000, pro-rated, the district said. Her official start date has not been determined. She replaces the retiring Jane Barthold.

Stavenski-Bennick is a LaSalle University graduate and holds a Masters degree in education and principal's certification from Wilkes University.

She also served as an assistant principal at Dieruff High School.

"Ms. Bennick is a strong instructional leader and an enthusiastic, student-focused administrator with effective interpersonal skills that will allow her to be effective with children, parents, teachers, administrators and community members," said Superintendent of Schools Richard Sniscak.
