I wish there were a negative ratings button! Cetronia was called to the Nursing Home in which my grandmother is currently being cared for, the Cetronia personnell that responded to transport my grandmother took it upon themselves to transport my grandmother to a hospital CLEAR ACROSS TOWN vs. her hospital... DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET! Ive contacted Cetronia and NO ONE is able to give me a clear explanation as to HOW this could have happened! Now, Cetronia tells me that it is no longer their problem, that the Dr. must discharge my grandmother before she can be transported to the hospital that she SHOULD have gone to in the first place!! I pray that my grandmother will be okay... in the mean time I am gathering ALL of the facts and WILL MOST CERTAINLY BE PLACING FORMAL COMPLAINTS WITH ANY AND EVERY AGENCY THAT I CAN!! This is NOT okay... this is MY GRANDMOTHER'S LIFE ON THE LINE... CETRONIA YOU HAD NO RIGHT!!!!
