Office Building to Replace Mini-Golf Site
A new office building is planned on the site of a former miniature golf course at 3120 Hamilton Blvd., South Whitehall.
Plans are under way to build a 8,640-square-foot office building at the site of a former miniature golf course in South Whitehall. Township commissioners had initially approved a site development plan for "Dorney Square 3120 Hamilton Boulevard" in September 2010. Last week, however, commissioners at their meeting approved a revised plan, with minor changes from a year ago, for the two-story office building. The miniature golf course will be razed to make way for the office building, which also will have a 7,820-square-foot lower-level parking lot. The plan was submitted by developer Harris Weinstein, according to information provided at the meeting. A construction timetable was not provided.
