South Whitehall Police report there was a disturbance at Rodeway Inn during a Halloween party at 2:18 a.m. Oct. 28. Rodeway Inn security staff reportedly subdued the fight by pepper-spraying fighters. According to police, Cetronia Ambulance responded to help decontaminate people who were affected.

A woman charged in Bethlehem Township with failing to return a car she rented in late February was tracked by police to a new address in South Whitehall, according to court records. Noteworthy about the case is police’s quick work -- after the rental car company spent more than a month making phone calls, hiring a repossession company, sending a certified letter and using a computer search engine in an unsuccessful effort to track down the woman and the black 2011 Chevy Malibu.
