Tracey Mathews launched Trixie's Treats, a mobile cupcake truck, in January. While food trucks are a more common sight in larger cities, they're somewhat novel in the Lehigh Valley. Trixie's Treats appears to be a hit with customers. Lines and smiles form as soon as the cheerful green cupcake truck pulls up and parks outside a business. Q. Name and type of business? A.
