<strong>William H. Platt II </strong>is a graduate of Emmaus High School, La Salle University (B.A. Philosophy/English) and the <br>Dickinson School of Law. 

Bill has experience representing private and public companies and individuals in proceedings before both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations.  His practice includes the resolution of contract disputes, business torts, landlord/tenant disputes, securities actions, civil RICO actions, unfair competition and professional malpractice liability claims.<br><br>Also, given his extensive experience advocating these types of business disputes, Bill now provides a unique skill to businesses, owners and entrepreneurs in all aspects of contract negotiation and drafting as well as formation of business entities.  <br><br>Bill&#39;s representative clients include but are not limited to: BEI LLC, an energy and Infrastructure company serving western North Dakota and eastern Montana; SBL Associates, a professional Architecture, Engineering, and Surveying services company; the Office of the Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; Pennsylvania;  Department of Public Welfare; Pennsylvania Department of Aging; Pennsylvania Employee Benefits Trust Fund, 2009; the Lehigh County Board of Assessment Appeals, the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of West Easton; a major international manufacturer of polystyrene products and an international manufacturer of medical products.<br><br>Among Bill&#39;s successes, in 2010, Bill was involved in achieving the following record-setting settlements in a case on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania: $4 million (Dey Laboratories) $4.7 million (Bayer Corporation) $6.95 million (Abbott Laboratories) $8 million (TAP Pharmaceuticals) $10 million (AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals) $10 million (Aventis Pharmaceuticals) $18.25 million (Amgen, Baxter and Boehringer) $20 million (Schering-Plough Corporation).  <br><br>Bill is a graduate of Emmaus High School, La Salle University (B.A. Philosophy/English) and the Dickinson School of Law.  After graduating from law school, Bill was employed by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania as a law clerk to the Honorable Chief Judge Edward N. Cahn, the Honorable Robert F. Kelly and the Honorable Ronald L. Buckwalter.  <br><br>After completing his clerkship with Judge Buckwalter and prior to opening Platt Fleischaker, LLP, Bill practiced in the litigation department of Blank Rome LLP in Philadelphia, PA and opened the Lehigh Valley office for Flamm Boroff &amp; Bacine PC.  He opened the Platt Law Firm in 2009 and established Platt Fleischaker with Attorney Jeffrey S. Fleischaker in 2012.<br><br>Bill was named a Pennsylvania Rising Star-Super Lawyer by Law &amp; Politics Media in Philadelphia Magazine four times. Pennsylvania Rising Stars is a list of the best attorneys who are either 40 or under or who have been practicing 10 or fewer years.<br><br>Bill is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lehigh County Bar Associations.  <br><br>Bill also volunteers his time to the Cultural Events Committee of Artsquest.  He is married to Susan Platt and has two children.  

<strong>Jeff Fleischaker </strong>is a Kentucky native who moved to the Lehigh Valley in 2007 with his family after a stop in Rhode Island.  Jeff is a graduate of Bowdoin College and the University of Kentucky College of Law. 

After beginning his career as a Public Defender in rural Eastern Kentucky Jeff moved to Rhode Island and the  law firms of Zizik, LaSalle &amp; Powers, P.C. and Taft &amp; McSally, LLP.  In 2007 Jeff and his family moved to the Lehigh Valley and Jeff worked at Marshall Dennehey, Warner, Coleman &amp; Goggin before co-founding Platt Fleischaker, LLP. 

Jeff is licensed to practice before all courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle District of Pennsylvania.  Jeff is a member of the Lehigh County, Northampton County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.  Jeff lives in Upper Macungie with his family.
