Hello, 911? There's a Cow Running in the Road

In this month's installment of strange animal complaints in South Whitehall, it seems police received a call that a cow was seen running in the 3700 block of Huckleberry Road. This is South Whitehall, not Pamplona.

That was the evening of July 5. By the time South Whitehall police arrived shortly before midnight, the cow had trotted off to pastures unknown.

Could it be related to the report police received a day earlier that an angus calf had escaped from its pen nearby in the 2200 block of Scherer Road? 

The plot thickens. 

Kind of makes the complaint of a raccoon spotted in a tree in the 3700 block of Surrey Drive anticlimactic.
