Five Men Rob Home in South Whitehall
The men stole cash and fled in a truck with Texas plates, police said.
South Whitehall Police continue to investigate a home invasion robbery that occurred at 10:40 a.m. on Tuesday in the 4900 block of Hoffmansville Road in Orefield.
Police said five Hispanic men broke into a home and stole a large amount of cash.
The Morning Call reported that one of the men had posed as a water employee, and that the men demanded the money from three victims, including two who are elderly. Police said no one was injured.

The men fled on foot north on Tri Clover Road and got into a silver Toyota Tacoma truck with a Texas registration, police said. The registration number is not known.
