Police Blotter: Thefts of Chainsaw, Wagon Among Reports

The following information was supplied by the South Whitehall police department.

South Whitehall police said the following were among the incidents reported in the township from Feb. 17 to Feb. 23. 

THEFTS

-- A 12-volt battery was stolen from 1227 Whitehall St.; reported at 12:27 p.m. on Feb. 23.

-- A wagon and two computers were stolen from 1621 Shenandoah Court; reported at 1:15 p.m. on Feb. 23.

-- An iPhone was stolen from ; reported at 10:30 p.m. on Feb. 23.

-- A chainsaw was stolen from the bed of a pickup truck at the PPL Training Center; reported at 2:25 p.m on Feb. 22.

-- A purse and jewelry was stolen from ; reported at 8 a.m. on Feb. 22.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE

-- A Coach handbag was stolen from a vehicle in the 2800 block of Highland Street; reported at 12:40 p.m. on Feb. 22.

BURGLARY

Someone broke into a home in the 3400 block of West Highland Street through a back bedroom window.

The break-in was reported at 11:39 a.m. on Feb. 21.

It was not immediately known what items may be missing.

BURGLARY

Someone broke the front door at Quick Stop Mini-Mart.

The incident was reported at 3:41 a.m. on Feb. 20.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

-- A gym bag and its contents were damaged, at ; reported at 4:01 p.m. on Feb. 17.
