South Whitehall Police: Stolen Car, Hit and Run, Theft by Deception, Weapons Offense at Parkland

South Whitehall Police report various crimes in the township.

 

South Whitehall Police report the following crimes between Nov. 30 and Dec. 6:

  • On Nov. 30 at 10:38 a.m. police report copper pipes were stolen from 2747 Pennsylvania St.
  • On Nov. 30 at 12:24 p.m. police report a change purse was taken from a car at 348 41st St.
  • On Dec. 1 at 9:42 a.m. police report four wheels/tires/rims were taken from a car and Davis Beverage crates were left at the scene at 1971 Harold St.
  • On Dec. 1 at 1:50 p.m. police report a Delaware license plate was stolen from a car at Holiday Inn Express.
  • On Dec. 1 at 1:32 p.m. police report mail was taken from a mailbox at 3423 Trexler Blvd.
  • On Dec. 1 at 4:20 p.m. police report someone was illegally dumping materials at Mangos.
  • On Dec. 3 at 7:12 a.m. police report a 2000 Ford Windstar was stolen from 420 Haines Mill Road.
  • On Dec. 3 at 8:18 a.m. police report change was taken from a car at 3304 Aberdeen Circle.
  • On Dec. 3 at 8:29 a.m. police report change and CDs were taken from a car at 3211 Aberdeen Circle.
  • On Dec. 3 at 8:30 a.m. police report furniture was dumped in a field across from an old farmhouse on Herman Lane.
  • On Dec. 3 at 9:02 a.m. police report change and gift cards were taken from a car at 214 N. Adams St.
  • On Dec. 3 at 12:50 p.m. police report change was taken from a car at 45 N. 37th St.
  • On Dec. 3 at 11:30 p.m. police report a hit and run at the Sunoco at 3131 Tilghman St. The offending vehicle was a white coupe with a maroon hood with possible taillight damage.
  • On Dec. 4 at 12:39 p.m. police report a male was charged with a weapons offense at Parkland High School.
  • On Dec. 4 at 5:33 p.m. police report copper piping was stolen from 3003 Pennsylvania St.
  • On Dec. 5 police report identity theft at 5242 Blue Sky Drive. 
  • On Dec. 5 at 9:15 p.m. police report fraud at 5293 Blue Sky Drive. Victims at the address report unknown person claiming to be with dish network offered one-year service for $500. Victim supplied unknown person with payment information and it was a scam.
  • On Dec. 6 at 10:10 a.m. police report an iPod and money were stolen from someone at Parkland High School.
