Township Tree Lighting on Saturday
Santa Claus is expected to arrive by fire truck for South Whitehall's holiday ceremony.
will host its 34th annual tree lighting ceremony on Saturday, a community event that features singing, story telling and Santa Claus.
The festivities will begin at 5 p.m. at the township administration building, 4444 Walbert Ave.

Again this year, township officials will welcome guests, the choir from will sing holiday songs, and student Erin Kelly will perform. Executive Director Debbie Jack will read a holiday story to the youngsters, and Santa is expected to arrive by fire truck.
